上止點(diǎn)指針對(duì)準(zhǔn)缸壓縮終點(diǎn)的飛輪刻度“o”,飛輪上o刻度前后各約600范圍內(nèi)貼上示波紙,并在紙上標(biāo)注和飛輪刻度同樣的度數(shù),把加長(zhǎng)的缸高壓電纜,其一端插入點(diǎn)火線圈輸出端,另一端則放在飛輪指針的尖端處,外露的電線與示波器紙距離約2-4mm,然后使用起動(dòng)馬達(dá)拖動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn),這時(shí)高壓電纜外露的電線與示波器紙之間出現(xiàn)火花,并把示波器紙擊穿,停止起動(dòng)馬達(dá)后,取下示波器紙,按火花擊穿位置,即可確定點(diǎn)火提前角。

An oscilloscope paper is pasted within a range of approximately 600 before and after the o scale on the flywheel, and the same degree as the flywheel scale is marked on the paper. One end of the extended high-voltage cable of the first cylinder is inserted into the output end of the ignition coil, and the other end is placed at the tip of the flywheel pointer. The exposed wire is about 2-4mm away from the oscilloscope paper, and then the starting motor is used to drag the engine to rotate, At this point, there is a spark between the exposed wire of the high-voltage cable and the oscilloscope paper, and the oscilloscope paper is broken down. After stopping the starting motor, remove the oscilloscope paper and press the spark breakdown position to determine the ignition advance angle.

柴油機(jī)配件如發(fā)現(xiàn)點(diǎn)火提前角與規(guī)定值不符,可進(jìn)行精確調(diào)整。方法為:松開(kāi)磁電機(jī)與傳動(dòng)裝置的兩個(gè)螺釘,磁電機(jī)可沿傳動(dòng)軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。磁電機(jī)中間位置向自由端方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)至大位置時(shí),點(diǎn)火提前角滯后約10度曲軸轉(zhuǎn)角。

The method is to loosen the two screws of the magneto and the transmission device, and the magneto can rotate along the transmission shaft. When the middle position of the magneto rotates towards the free end direction to the maximum position, the ignition advance angle lags behind by about 10 degrees at the crankshaft angle.
